Corporate:

History: Lode Star Gold, INC (LSG), the property owner and the largest shareholder of Lode-Star Mining, Inc, has been the sole operator and owner of the Goldfield Bonanza property since 1999 other than the brief period described below.

In April of 2012 a Mineral Option Agreement that was entered into between LSG and ICN Resources LTD. (a Canadian PubliclyTraded Company, Ticker ICN.V and now defunct). ICN Resources, later merged with Corazon Gold Corp Resources (a Canadian Publicly Traded Company, Ticker CGW.V and now defunct). Corazon was unable to continue as agreed in the terms of the Mineral Option Agreement so LSG served a default notice to Corazon Gold Corp. of which it was unable to cure. In September of 2013 the property reverted to LSG. In October of 2014 LSG acquired a majority interest in the public company International Gold Corp (which is now this company) and optioned the property for development. In April of 2015 International Gold Corp. merged into Lode-Star Mining, INC. Ticker OTCQB:LSMG. From 2014 the Company has continued dual filings with the SEC in the United States of America (EDGAR) and the BCSE in Canada (Sedar).


Board of Directors and Management:


Mark Walmesley: Director, CEO, CFO, President : In October of 2014 Mr. Walmesley was instrumental in the Company's purchase of LSG's Goldfield Bonanza project. Since then Mr. Walmesley has been a director and administrator managing all aspects of the Company's affairs.

From 2005 to present day: Mr. Walmesley has been the Director of Operations of LSG headquartered in Houston TX. Mr. Walmesley was named to the Board of Directors of LSG in March of 2009 and later became its CFO. Mr. Walmesley's wife, Ms. Lonnie Humphries, is the 100% sole owner of Lode Star Gold, INC. an S Corp. incorporated in Nevada. From 2005 - present and utilizing their own capital, Mr. Walmesley took over directing operations of the underground mine located in Goldfield, NV. Mr. Walmesley is presently directing LSG on all on-going advancement activities.


Tom Temkin: Director, COO, Lead Geologist: Mr. Temkin has been with the Company since 2015. He is a Certified Professional Geologist and a Qualified Person under National Instrument (NI) 43-101, with more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry, primarily in exploration in the Western United States. As senior project manager for several major mining companies, Mr. Temkin has been fortunate to have been associated with several advanced gold exploration projects, some of which developed into significant mines. After receiving his Bachelorís of Science degree in Economic Geology in 1976 from the Mackay School of Mines, Mr. Temkin began his career as an exploration Geologist. Mr. Temkin is currently also a geologist working with Lode-Star Gold, Inc., and has been associated with LSG and the project since 1999.

Prior to Lode Star, from 1990-1998 Mr. Temkin was with Placer Dome Exploration, INC in the position of Senior Project Manager, Mr. Temkin assembled exploration teams to conduct cost effective drill evaluations of advanced stage gold properties in the western U.S. with emphasis on Volcanic hosted epithermal gold-silver and Carlin-type gold systems. Some of these drilling programs were conducted in extremely environmentally sensitive areas and were designed and implemented so as to avoid excessive permitting, resulting in Mr. Temkin's nomination for two Director's Awards by the Bureau of Land Management and National Forest Service for commendable environmental stewardship.

From 1988-1990, with Hecla Mining Company, Mr Temkin was In the position of Senior Exploration Geologist charged with generating and evaluating precious metals properties throughout the Great Basin geologic province. Mr. Temkin also was responsible for conducting acquisition negotiations with land owners.

Mr. Temkin has also provided services to Cominco American INC, Homestake Mining Company, Freeport Gold Co. and various of other junior mining companies.
